Thanks Mashable! I came back with a good nugget! :)

I was busy, am tired and sick (sore throat but I will recover naturally as usual!) partially because my mum talks around 5am (when all are sleeping). Has woken me up like that everyday and it interrupts the body to self-repair.

These few months she has been acting like a little child trapped in a tired body (she's now also fighting cancer; she last had cancer 15 years ago). Dementia and other symptoms of hers are not good (gets very angry over small matters), so all at home are coping!

I too wrote to twitter customer service dept (my password cannot be reset!) but no response other than an automated message.
