Spaceship Bathtub is Out of this World

spaceship bathtub2
Do you know what that spaceship looking thing is? You probably read this post's title, so yeah you do. Maybe it's the orbiting blue lights that make it look like it's a UFO or something from out of this world.

Space Invaders Shower Curtain

space invaders shower curtain 500x429 Space Invaders Shower Curtain
Sweet shower curtain. Space Invaders is just one of those iconic images that if you add it to anything, it's cool. Timeless classic arcade game. Pair up this shower curtain with some Space Invaders soap and you'd have the geekiest bathroom setup ever. Maybe add in a waterproof gaming console and flat screen TV and watch your water bills go sky high. Unfortunately if you wanted one of these, there's a whole long convoluted process to contact the makers in Mexico or something like that for a custom vinyl design. Technabob's got the scoop if you're interested.

Space Invaders Soap Might Convince Me to Take a Shower

space invaders soap
These little Space Invader soaps are so cute. If I had a bunch, I might shower on a weekly at minimum basis. Heck, I might even be convinced to wash my hands after using the bathroom every time just to be near these cute little guys. At $20 for 48 little bars of soap... well I started to write this sentence like I had some authoritative knowledge of just how much soap costs and if this is a good deal or not but to be honest I have no clue. I know my soap costs nothing because I swipe them..err borrow them.. from my local fish and chips joint just down the road because they have that nice floral smelling soap that I can't find anywhere else.

World's First Rear Projection Urinal

rear projection urinal
Those crazy/smart Aussies! A Melbourne bar has introduced the world's first Rear Projection Urinal (RPU). I've seen TV's ABOVE urinals in places like the ESPN Zone but this bathroom fixture allows you to go DIRECTLY ON THE SCREEN while it plays sports or whatever on TV. No longer do you have to time your bathroom breaks to breaks in the action, you can watch the game as you relieve yourself. Just don't get too excited at any plays and start jumping around everywhere. Save that for the bar. And yes I believe this TV is an HD 1080 pee.

Karim Rashid Designed TV Bathtub

TV Tub V 500x384 Karim Rashid Designed TV Bathtub
Industrial designer Karim Rashid is well known for his use of the rounded form to create blob-like objects with a smooth modern aesthetic. Well Rashid has taken his unique style to Korea's Saturn Bath Co. to design the TV Tub, a sleek bathtub with an integrated flat screen television at the foot of the tub. It's made as one piece so it looks very finished unlike most other bathroom televisions that end up looking like a cheesy afterthought (usually because they ARE an afterthought). Made of liquid acrylic, this deep oval-shaped soaking tub makes this shower person want to take a bath. A nice long warm bath with my favorite show on TV. It's wired for cable, right?

B0rkedend Mouse Toothbrush Holder

diy mouse toothbrush holder 374x499 B0rkedend Mouse Toothbrush Holder
Apparently the "word" B0rkedend has never been written on the internet before I just did. Maybe there's a reason for that. Anywhoway, here's a project you can do with that old mouse that doesn't work or is simply no longer needed. Just slice the top in half, removing the buttons and the wiring inside and you're left with a cup-like shell. The hole in the former bottom side of the mouse where the trackball or laser used to be makes an ideal spot to run a nail through it for mounting.

Whammo! Instant toothbrush and razor holder. It even matches some of those bathroom accessories you find in Bed Bath and Beyond. If you do create one of this DIY toothbrush holders and post up a picture of it on the internet for all to see, you just might want to clean it up a little bit before taking the photo- just a quick wipe down. I'm just saying...
