In case you decide to create your post directly on our site, we've been adding some new tools to make your post better and your life easier.
The first is Zemanta: We are using Zemanta 's revolutionary new web service for accelerating on-line content production. Your post is analyzed by Zemanta, which recognizes all contextual content. Zemanta then combs the web for the most relevant images, smart links, keywords and text, feeding the results back to us, instantly enabling you to enrich and inform your content. /

When creating your post the Zemanta images tab displays relevant images found on the Web, along with the how confident Zemanta is about their relevancy. Notice that these images, like most other you can find yourself on the Web, are usually not free for general use. This is one of Zemanta's great benefits – they detail the license of each image, along with the required attribution if necessary. This way you can safely and legally use images to enrich your posts.

Zemanta articles tab brings you articles related to your own posts from the Web. You can explore them to see other opinions on the same topic, connect with other bloggers, and add relevant links to these sources for the benefit of your readers.
If it's images we're talking about, we have also enabled a Flickr interface to help you easily import images from your Flickr account. /

Simply type in your screen name and the tags you are looking for to get your images and send them into our text editor. If you want, you can also search for images by other people, but you'll have to get their permission first, or pay for the license to use them.
Another tool we're offering is smart tags suggestions: Your post will be analyzed by the Calais semantic engine, which suggested a number of tags relevant to your pos t. When you click a recommended tag it'll be added to the tag list accompanying your post.

/We recommend tagging all your posts as accurately as possible to insure they are discovered easily and read more, both by BloggersBase users and by people searching for the relevant topic through an external search engine.
Once the site is on the air, we'll appreciate your feedback regarding these third-party tools. If you are using other tool and would like us to try and incorporate them into our site, please let us know.
