PC maker Hercules has plans to release the eCafe EC-1000W netbook which will ship with Windows 7 Starter Operating System, While within the United States Hercules isn’t as well known as Acer, ASUS, Dell, or HP, it has previously released a couple netbooks in Europe. On the exterior, it has a distinct design on a blue shade. Hercules eCafe EC-1000W has brings a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024×600 pixels, Design-wise, the Hercules eCafe EC-1000W netbooks looks well and good with its glossy design and chicklet style keyboard. it comes with an Intel Atom N270 processor with a clock speed of 1.6 GHz, 1GB of RAM and 160GB HDD. There is a Wi-Fi 802.11 module, 1 VGA, 3 USB 2.0, 1 headphone jack 1 microphone, 1 10/100 Ethernet, and a slot for SDHC memory cards. The eCafe netbook also has a six-celled, 4400mAh battery.
