We are So not liking this note - please read it and think about it, then share it with someone you think should know.
Did You Know: of the 35 million heads of beef killed for Food in the US YEARLY - ONLY 1% are tested in the US. as well There is NO Tracking Of The Animals who are Killed and Where that Herd Came From - WHY Are They Dumping Meat into the Market without Knowing Where They Came From ? That Means that when the cows are infectious and dumped into the meat supply, they have no idea where they are slaughtered; and where they are processed; and as well where they are then retailed to US. Is This making you wonder if that Fat Juicy Steak is Safe to Eat or Not ?We think all meat in the US foodchain should be subject to USDA Inspection and Certified SAFE to Consume. what does the FDA and USDA Do If Not Certify Safety ? that's been the question far too long and maybe it's time to get some answers, Finally. What The Hell Have They Done for US Lately ? Why Is The FDA TryingTo Make Us SICK ?
we get weekly updates from Care2 - The Petition Site. this week they sent this absolutely nasty chicken shit fed cow drama. NO Exaggeration.
the entire note is below my signature, including the links. Damnnnnn... This is just Plain Filthy.
Please for the sake of Your Healthy Existence - Sign The Petition, and Share it Widely
This is The PSA of the Week, because we think it's time we stopped ignoring the real culprit of many of our ills - The FDA.

Some Medical Statistics
As a follow-up to my article on Wednesday, August 19, The Health Care Debate With An 18-Day Gap, these are some of the facts and statistics that go into making the case that our current health care system, for all of its faults, is head and shoulders above those socialized health care systems in countries such as the U.K. and Canada (thanks to Brian Buglino).
President Obama can go on the stump as much as he wants to push his plan, but as the announcement Friday that the projected budget deficit will be $9 trillion instead of $7 trillion goes to show, his words are merely words.
At the end of the day all of his forecasts and promises are a carefully crafted smoke and mirrors routine, and those seniors he promises today will not face rationed care all of a sudden will when the government ultimately proves unable to manage this plan, and tells the American people that sacrifices will have to be made somewhere (of course no sacrifices will be made by our politicians who will be covered by their own plan). It is all illusion, much like the picture below. What do you see?

Soon to be extinct... House Resolution 2749 passed on July 29, as reported here. The bill has entered the Senate and is, as of this writing, in the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. Despite the controversy surrounding the bill in the House of Representatives, and its original failure to pass a vote, the bill was brought up again under a suspension of rules, allowing for it's passage. If you don't find that questionable enough, you should see what some farmers are saying about the bill. Pascal Destandau of Pugs Leap Farm in Sonoma County, California, wrote an article for Hartke is Online. In that article, Pascal shows how his artisan goat and cheese farm will be shut down by regulatory red tape, excessive compliance fees, and the virtual ending of most of his organic, natural farming methods. Not only will his farm be required to register for multiple permits and give detailed "plans" for the production of goods. Having retired from the peronal care industry and having dealt with the Food and Drug Administration on issues like these in the past, Pascal understands the immense amount of manpower and money required to meet the requirements that will be set. |

Smoking...
When I bring this subject up I often get a mixed response. I am not against it, but I wouldn't encourage anyone start. Being in the medical field I have seen people over 100 years of age with no signs of cancer (that have smoked for 50+ years). Then I can also say that I have seen people diagnosed with lung cancer that have never bought, at alone smoked a cigarette.
Maybe it's the hundreds of chemicals they (the government, FDA, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, etc.) think they have to add to all natural tobacco. Maybe it's the interaction of those chemicals with the massive amounts of toxins they put in our food, personal care products, household products etc. The possibilities are endless.
All of that is really not my point here today. Today I just want to inform people that even thought the government wants people to stop smoking; they think it is harmful and can kill you. When it comes to Big Pharm, a little black box is all you may get.

The FDA never ceases to get under my skin.
(NaturalNews) In an effort to censor any online text that might inform consumers of the ability of natural products to protect consumers from H1N1 influenza A, the FDA is now sending out a round of warning letters, threatening to "take enforcement action... such as seizure or injunction for violations of the FFDC Act without further notice."
"Firms that fail to take correction action," the FDA warns, "may also be referred to the FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations for possible criminal prosecution for violations of the FFDC Act and other federal laws."

"Do you trust your life and safety in the hands of your health authorities?" Most people will not hesitate to answer YES. I recall, as a child, a small voice inside me has always asked,"How do we know what goes into our medicine?" 20 years later, I decide to attempt answering this question! (Disclaimer: All facts provided in this blog entry are easily available on the internet. As such I am not liable for any thing you decide out of reading this article. There are many people who need to be credited for this article - I apologise if I did not mention those people for the sake of brevity for this article!)
Here are 3 of the world's Greatest Health Myths busted: 1. Artificial sugars like Nutrasweet/Splendor are good for diabetics. MYTH!! There is nothing natural in Nutrasweet! It is indeed artificial sugar. Splendor (aka Splenda) a variation of Nutrasweet is actually chemical chlorine. Clinical trials show that Aspartame is able to neutralise all nutrients of the last meal you ate. And more! Perhaps Mrs. Victoria Innes-Brown, a private citizen of the USA, gave one of the most compelling evidence of Aspartame when she did an experiment feeding 2 groups of rats - one with Aspartame and the other without. Senator Gerald Ortiz y Pino (New Mexico State Senator) once wrote to the ex-Acting Commissioner of FDA, a Dr. Frank Torti, to pull all artificial aspartame from supermarket shelves. |
