The Samsung C3510 has seen a new Pink colour scheme added to the range. This is sure to add appeal to style conscious users as well as those who appreciate functional technology. The handset boasts key features such as touch screen technology, a digital camera and social networking integration.
The handset is less than 13mm thick and only weighs 92.2 grams. This makes it comfortable to hold and use with one hand when using the touch screen. Featuring TFT touch screen technology, the screen measures 2.8 inches and uses a pixel set up of 240x320 to display 256,000 colours for quality content display.
As a means of customising the phone, users can assign MP3 music files as ringtones, so they can hear a song of their choice whenever the phone rings. This function operates alongside vibration to alert users to incoming calls and messages. A 3.5mm audio jack accommodates earphones for listening to music without the need for an adapter, as well as hands free headsets. A speaker phone is installed as an alternative method of hands free communication, which offers good sound quality thanks to the inclusion of DNSe (Digital Natural Sound Engine).
The digital camera may only offer 1.3 megapixels, but it also offers the alternative to shoot video. Still photos are at a pixel resolution of 1280x1024, whilst video is shot in QCIF quality at 15 frames per second.
Images and videos taken on the camera, as well as music files can be stored on the phone thanks to 30MB of internal memory. Should more storage be required, up to 8GB can be made available by utilising the micro SD slot and installing a memory card with a higher capacity.
A versatile media player supports several different file formats of both music and video files. A stereo FM radio player with RDS and a range of pre-installed and downloadable games provide alternative means of entertainment. Several extra functions add to the everyday usability of the handset. These include an organiser, voice memo and T9. Social networking fans are sure to appreciate applications which offer live updates from sites such as Facebook and MySpace.
Connection to networks is thanks to EDGE and GPRS, both of which are class 1o versions. This means users can stay connected in most parts of the country and abroad. For sharing files with friends, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP is installed as standard. A USB (v2.0) connection allows the phone to be hooked up to a PC in order to transfer and back up files and data.
The Samsung C3510 Pink combines head-turning looks with decent everyday functionality whilst remaining a surprisingly affordable handset.

Acc to my research, if your “home currency” is EUR …
- you should buy the Full License (= excl any SMS to send) in the currency of GBP
- you should buy SMS credits only in the currency of SGD -hope the table is working -- if not pls leave a comment- The original Excel sheet can be downloaded HERE ; The original prices can be found on the website of biteSMS If you’re “home currency” is not EUR – just download the Excel file and change the corresponding data accordingly – that’s really not much work and will take max. 5 minutes :-) If there’s nuff feedback from YOU I will think bout to update the table with up-to-date data every few days… so – let me know what YOU think bout this!
