This analysis about the American Left's disenchantment with India rings true (Hat Tip: Instapundit). The left is wary of India for the same reasons it remains wary of Israel: both democracies are fiercely nationalistic and unapologetically defend themselves against the “downtrodden” “other,” i.e., Islamic lunatics.
The American left simply prefers to play hardball with allies than with adversaries. Recall President Carter’s handling of Iran: the allied shah was condemned as an autocrat; the enemy Khomeini, a “holy man.” For Carter, our anticommunist allies were violators of human rights first, second, and third; the Soviets, murderers of tens of millions, were benign enough for Carter to proclaim Americans had an “inordinate fear of communism.”

Topic 1: Episode 2 of Caprica: “Rebirth”. The series finally moves beyond the pilot. This episode deals largely with (1) Zoe Graystone II trying to hide from everyone except Lacy Rand that she is not an ordinary, insentient Cylon, and (2) many of the other major characters, unsurprisingly, still having severely disturbed behavior and emotions. Most of what else happens is not especially religious in nature. However, we do get a peak into the lives of the Soldiers of the One. The judgment given by the supreme court of USA opens gates for the corporations to spend unlimited money and influence elections, and thereafter get benefits, discounts and creation of laws which are favorable to the corporations.
We as Indians know what money is doing in India, Indian elections and our Indian corporations.
In future same will happen in America as Supreme Court removed all restrictions,
Before this judgment in America there was a kind of firewall which prohibited direct contact of corporations with elections.

Are the Taliban of Jewish descent? According to research now being funded by Israel, the Afridi Pathans in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan may be descendant from the Israelite tribe of Ephraim:
According to experts, Israel’s decision to facilitate the research could also be because of the theory supported by many that Afghanistan’s Pashtun fighters, the community from which the Taliban draw their strength, are descendants of Afridi Pathans.
