5 Tested Methods To Get Retweeted

These days most of the bloggers relay on Twitter for link sharing, because it's simple, easy and even more powerful way to promote your blog. Retweeting is key for sharing links in Twitter, Retweet is an art use to forward someones tweet(intresting and useful content) to all your followers on Twitter. While retweeting you need to give credit to original tweeter. If you RT someones link which impress some of you followers and retweeted again, this gains more value of confidence and value of the link shared.

1) Write About How To's - Prefer How tos and instructional guides related articles which is more useful to users. For example you can write about "HOW TO : Improve System Boot By Disabling "TrkWks"" these links have more chance to get Retweeted.

2) Be First and Fresh - This key point holds more priority to get retweeted, always keep an eye news especially for breaking news and try to be first on sharing about it. This also includes phising, site attack, announcements. Lets take onging Wordpress attack, early bird who tweet on this attack had more chance to get retweeted.

3) Don’t Hesitate to Ask for Retweet - asking fellow followers to RT your link is not an bad idea, you can also add "please RT" an powerful word to your original tweet.

4) Tweet <140- yeah i too know Twitter let's you to tweet less than 140 char, am not insist on that point. The best practice is to keep your tweet short around 120 -127 characters maximum and remaining char can be used for retweeting with credit to original tweeter.

5) Display RT Button - RT button needs to included to your blog posts, this helps users to share your link is just few clicks. As mentioned earlier the number of RT defines the popularity of your content and fresn visitors can have more belief and confidance on the content.

Finally i need to share some excellent slideshare presentation by Dan Zarrella,on “The Science of ReTweets” which inspires me to write on art of retweeeting

RTing is definitely a great source of readerwhip. And as you indicated, RTing someone of note definitely boosts your credability. Good post.
