It display's all latest and popular bookmarks in two seperate tabs in homepage. Delicious now concentrating more on political and technology news on their unveiled new homepage. The site probably should have done these thing a while ago, but atlast Delicious start of an positive way. Now you can see " Bill Clinton's North Korea mission " on the top of fresh bookmarks. This story is bookmarked 15 times even some other story has more bookmarks, but still Bill Clinton's story tops with 36 related tweets.

Details from Delicious blog,
On the previous delicious.com page (click the Popular tab), you typically found links that had ~100 bookmarks - so more authoritative resources as opposed to fresh news. Additionally, given that the most popular tag on delicious is ‘design’, you probably encountered headlines like ‘100+ Wordpress Themes’ on most days (in fact, I used to make bets on this ;)). For this new Fresh homepage, our system displays recently bookmarked links and tweeted messages focused mostly on technology, web, politics, and media. Underneath the hood, Fresh factors several features into the ranking like related bookmark and tweet counts.
The new twitter metrics let user to find most popular topic on web, it also updates in real time with number of related tweet which is good for user to keep updated on latest top stories.

Finally during saving the bookmark you can make a tweet. The bottomline is when you tweet more and you will top 'fresh up' section. If you are using Delicious, then droop few words on added twitter metrics. If not try Delicious for getting quality site traffic and know all fresh stories on web.
