Why Anchor Text is Important?
Blogger wants to be on high rank on search engine, and anchor text have a high value on search engines, especially Google. Anchor text is the part on link building. Anchor text usually send readers to the related blog or article.
When I Use The Anchor Text?
I used the anchor text when I recommend my readers to visit another article or blog related to my article. It can be my own article or other blogger article's.

I've seen a lot of blogger still using visit here or click here when he/she recommended to an article or blog, that mean nothing to the search engines.
