After clicking on “Search Options”,select "past 24 hours" and just this simple code "tbs=qdr:n" instead of "tbs=qdr:d" to get search results that posted on past minute. To make this more clear search for [social media] and see the difference. You can even search for stories published is past second by changing URL parameter "tbs=qdr:d" to "tbs=qdr:s". The URL parameter qdr:d can be still customized for getting results published less than a min ago. For example lets search for same [social media] by replacing the code "tbs=qdr:d" with "tbs=qdr:s40" to see results published is last 40 seconds which is great and nearly real time. You can also further drill down the results by changing the name and value of URL parameter qdr:[name][value]
