"Tasks" First Graduate Passed from Gmail Labs

Gmail labs always test with lot of expremental features with intrested gmail users.According to the reach and importance of the feature, it will be let passed from labs and available for general use. Tasks was proudly announced as the first graduate to pass from labs. Now you can find this new feature under 'Contacts' and above 'Chat' option. Tasks has been improved a lot better than when it's launched in Gmail labs. Gmail included mobile and gadget views, also supports for more languages. Gmail improves task editing, managing and integrates with google calander. Overall you can create and manage tasks simple and faster.

"Rest assured there's more on the way for Tasks— just because we're graduating from Labs today doesn't mean we're done.We've received a lot of positive feedback about Gmail Labs, and we've found that testing something in Labs can be a good way to help decide whether it should become a regular part of Gmail." explains Gmail blog.

In addition to the first kid borned from Gmail labs, Google decided to adopt the same lab feature in Google calander. Labs already been more actively used and tested by gmail users, now expect similar kind of response. In future we can get more graduate passed from gmail labs and Google calander labs too.
