In this part I will try to cover 3 more Health Myths (or foods)!
#1. Raisins are healthy.
HALF-TRUTH! Although it is true raisins contain a good amount of anti-oxidants, but nowadays it is high in fructose. Fructose is part of a large-scale commercial sweetener added to processed foods and beverages.
Some Sugar Info You Don't Want to Miss
Fructose itself raises blood levels of cholesterol and fat (triglyceride). It's worse when you take meat because basically all cholesterol comes from meat that have hormones and no anti-oxidants in them.
Wikipedia.com says fructose has been manufactured/used as commercial sugar (nothing natural of it) since 1970s.
The danger of fructose is also mentioned via Wikipedia,"Unlike glucose, fructose is almost entirely metabolized in the liver. "When fructose reaches the liver," says Dr. William J. Whelan, a biochemist at the University of Miami School of Medicine, "the liver goes bananas and stops everything else to metabolize the fructose."
....These hormones are implicated in the control of appetite and satiety, and it is suspected that eating large amounts of fructose increases the likelihood of weight gain.
Excessive fructose consumption is also believed to contribute to the development of
non-alcoholic fatty liver disease."
The common ratio for commercial sweetener is usually 55% fructose and 45% glucose.
A little bit of fructose won't kill you but the fact is, they're found in so many different types of food, you may be already be consuming higher levels of fructose than what is recommended.
Artificial sugar is usually aspartame (marketed as Equal, Sween'N Low, NutraSweet, Sunett, Splenda, Sugar Twin, etc) tinted with 2 or 3 other toxics like Formaldehyde (used in embalming - yes EMBALMING the dead.)
Many adults who mistaken consume "diabetic sugar" (or have excess sugar) have children born with Diabetes Type 1. Other suspects for this infantile disorder is the lack of breastfed milk and dangerous vaccinations (mentioned in part one).
So be wary of anything that says "refined sugar" - it does not mean' ground sugar', it really means artificial sweetener or artificial sugar.
#2. White Bread is good.
MYTH! Another substance you need to be aware of in pastries and bread is Alloxan, which again is not labelled because Alloxan is found in white flour. Source: http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2006/08/347999.html
Alloxan (a mixture of Benzoyl Peroxide, chlorine gas and other oxides of chloride) is what food manufacturing industries use to make white flour look cleaner....and whiter. Alloxan also forces quick age-ing of wheat flour.
When scientists want to test effectiveness of prescription drugs (or chemotherapies) they have to work with sick animals. The easiest way for them to get a sick animal (other than getting one from an animal shelter) is to feed rats/mice Alloxan.
Unborn fetus exposed to Alloxan have found to be born with lower IQs.
While health authorities see it fit to use another prescription drug with side-effects (eg. a Cortisone) to treat Diabetes, isn't just less expensive and less time-consuming to remove Alloxan from white flour (or white bread) from our daily diets?

#3. Microwaved food is fast and nutritious!
MYTH! Cooking meat muscles at high temperatures ALREADY produces toxic but what about microwaved food?
Here's a project that a child did with her grandmother showing visual proof of 2 plants with 2 different types of water - microwaved water and purified water.

Quick history of Microwave Ovens
The Nazis created the world's first microwave oven. And in 1976, the Soviets issued an international warning on the health hazards, both biological n environmental, of microwave ovens n similar frequency electronic devices.
But USA's EPA ignored the warnings and saw microwave ovens good for import and trade.
Atlantis Raising Educational Center in Portland, Oregon, published the Russian investigations revealing that carcinogens (cancer-causing agents) were formed in virtually all foods tested in Microwave ovens. Meat, milk to vege becomes carcinogenic (causes cancer) after microwaving.
In 1991 a Mrs. Norma Levitt from Oklahoma died after microwaved blood transfusion was given to her. The microwaving killed nutrients in the blood.
Scientific studies of microwaved food's molecules and atoms showed they resemble those belonging to DECAYED matter. (Decayed matter has free radicals which spreads.)
Thawing of meat via microwave evens saw negative results too: Chemical analysis indicated that the protein content of beef liver was reduced after exposure to gamma-radiation via microwaves. The allowable leakage level for home microwave oven is set at a low level generally believed to be safe for human exposure: 5 milliwatts per square centimeter at two-inches distance. That is why people who sell microwave ovens usually advise that the door of microwave oven be tightly shut and that it's best to be of a safe distance from microwave ovens so as not to be negatively affected by its radiation.
However, seeing the damage being done to microwaved foods, it defeats the purpose of using a microwave oven to cook nutritious food. Perhaps the only things that are best for microwaving:
1. Dis-infection of your dentures
2. Rock breakage for possible space mining applications
