Not only being too fat is a health risk, but being skinny can also cause you  a lot of problems. For instance, several underweight individuals may have poor physical stamina and also a weak immune system, leaving them open  to infections and diseases. It can also cause infertility problems both in males and females. Especially in women being grossly underweight can result in amenorrhea (absence of menstruation) and possible complications during pregnancy. It can also cause anemia and hair loss.

So, here is an excellent Home Remedy for the underweight individuals. By following this you can put on weight and gain strength in no time.

 Ingredients  needed:

1.  Cow Milk

2.  Pure Ghee

3.   Honey

4.   white rock sugar

Directions:

After boiling and cooling the milk, take 20 grams of it and add in it  10 grams of Ghee, 20 grams of  Honey and 20 grams of white rock sugar. Mix all of them well and drink it at night before sleep everyday. Make sure to finish your dinner atleast 2 hours before you sleep.




For the first week prepare by following the quantities as mentioned above and during the 2nd week  increase the quantity of all the ingredients by 5 grams each and for the third week increase the quantity of each ingredient by further 5 grams. Means during the third week you will be using  30 grams of milk, 20 grams of Ghee, 30 grams of Honey and 30 grams of white rock sugar to prepare this amazing energy booster.

Follow this for about a month and for sure you will not only put on some weight but also feel energetic than ever before.

You are right Bob - humans' milk is best for human babies.

Cows' milk may be healthy where you are, but may not be so for the rest of the world due to those cows force-fed corn.

Cows' natural food is really grass. If they eat other food like corn, they fall ill. And I was told corporate-run farms don't care if meat or milk is sick or not. Plus, pus gets into the milk. Yuck yuck!

So free-ranging cows in your country may be so much healthier with its milk. You're so lucky!
