Endless Pudding Touching Toy

Just when you thought the world was safe from another of Japan's "endless" (PuchiPuchi) toys that let you obsessively repeat a motion over and over comes the absolute strangest one yet: the pudding toy. This PuchiPuchi toy is called "Sound Touch Pudding" and is from Epoch (JP). Kids, or pudding loving adults, can touch the top of the toy to get that soft pudding feeling without getting your hands dirty, while a cute female voice says stuff. I'd like to know what she says too!
Personally I have no desire to stick my finger in a cup of pudding, but hey, that's just me. There are four fantastic flavor colors of the pudding, each with a different voice. The Soft Touch Pudding endless toy will run about $7.50 and goes on sale in Japan next month.

Star Wars Force Trainer Lets You Control Things with Your Mind (Really!)

The Star Wars Force Trainer lets your kids practice the ol' Jedi Mind Trick for real. You may have seen this showcased at CES but now it's available to buy, finally. You put on the headset and use your brain to make the ball in the tube levitate. No wires, no tricks. Really! You use your head to send brainwaves to the ball and a tiny jet of air underneath the ball responds to your brain. How exactly does the Star Wars Force Trainer work? Here's how:
Depending on the amount of Midichlorians you have in your cells, each of you possess differing abilities to control your brainwaves. Using dry sensor technology, the Force Trainer can determine the differences between the alpha, beta, gamma and delta waves present in your brain. You can control these different brain 'states' by using your ability to focus and to concentrate. A micro-chip inside the Force Trainer then uses an algorithm to figure out which brain state you are in and then decides how to raise or lower the ball based on that state.

Live Action Flying Duck Hunt Toy Now Available

We covered the Live Action Flying Duck Hunt Toy toy back when it was being shown at CES but now it's finally available to buy. Modeled after the classic Nintendo game, this $29.95 toy lets you hunt a flying duck with a harmless infrared gun (harmless to us, not so much for that poor flying duck).
Charge the mechanical duck on the barrel of the gun for 10 seconds and it takes flight for 30 seconds, flapping it's wings at almost 500 times per minute. You can set the 6″ duck to fly in a level straight line or in an erratic circle. It takes 3 hits to down the duck, the first 2 just stun it temporarily and the third drops him. The gun has a 20′ range. Looks like a ton of fun for all ages! And best of all, no laughing dog.
